Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Europe: 6–12 business days
North America: 6–17 business days
Asia-Pacific: 7–15 business days
Middle East: 6–13 business days
Latin America: 10–18 business days
Africa: 10–19 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or weather.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No additional shipping, handling, or packaging fees are charged at checkout.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes. All shipments include tracking information. Tracking details are sent to your email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. Such delays are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.

My package shows as delivered but I didn't receive it?

If tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation. Carrier delivery confirmation is considered official proof of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee worldwide. Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered or a free replacement will be provided.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Are any fees deducted from refunds?

No. We do not deduct processing, handling, or administrative fees from approved refunds. Any delay after processing is caused by your bank or payment provider.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
