This is the only authorized return address. Returns sent to any other address may not be processed.

Return Shipping Method

Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items.

Laventaire is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. Proof of shipment and tracking information should be retained until the return is fully processed.

If a returned package is lost or not received, the return cannot be processed without valid tracking confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for standard returns.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and package weight.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, Laventaire will cover the return shipping costs or provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. All approved returns are refunded according to the following process:

Refunds are processed within five business days after inspection
Refunds are issued in accordance with applicable legal and platform requirements
