Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 AM (local time) on a business day are usually processed the same business day or the following business day.
Orders placed at or after 12:00 AM (local time) or on non-business days are usually processed on the next business day.

In some cases, processing may take longer due to order verification, product availability, high order volume, or operational factors.

Order processing time refers only to the time required to prepare, verify, and dispatch an order. Processing time is separate from shipping and transit time.

Once an order has entered processing, it is locked for fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Availability

We ship to multiple international destinations. Shipping availability may vary by country or region due to carrier limitations, local regulations, or logistical constraints.

We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders to certain locations where delivery is not feasible or legally permitted.

Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping, handling, or packaging fees charged at checkout.

Shipping Origin

Orders may be shipped from one or more international fulfillment centers depending on product availability and destination.

To ensure efficient delivery, items within the same order may ship separately. In such cases, multiple tracking numbers may be provided.

Tracking Information

All shipments include tracking information where supported by the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Tracking status reflects information provided by the carrier and may not update in real time.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to factors including, but not limited to:

Carrier or transportation delays
Customs inspections or clearance procedures
Weather conditions or natural events
High-volume shipping periods
Incomplete or incorrect address information

Delays caused by these factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund outside the terms of our Refund & Return Policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, failed deliveries resulting from address errors, or packages returned to the sender due to address issues.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipment may require additional fees or may be subject to product availability.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within five days of the delivery confirmation.

We may initiate an investigation with the carrier. Carrier delivery confirmation is considered official proof of delivery.

If the carrier confirms that a package was lost in transit, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

We are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To assist with verification, we may request clear photographs of the damaged item, the outer packaging, and the shipping label.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun. This includes changes to products, sizes, colors, shipping details, or payment information.

If an order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still be eligible for a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
